Oudated alert log [message #445769]

Our dev server has 7 instances on it (in one box). I noticed that most of it's alert logs are not up-to-date (generation is delayed by almost 1 week). What should I supposed to do with it?

How do you notice that?
Where do you notice that?

We always monitor our alert logs re: $ORACLE_HOME/admin/<SID>/bdump, what I noticed was that the generation of alert log should be in the same day (ex. right now's current date is Mar 5, 2010, but the generation date of most of our alert log is way back Feb. 26, 2010). See captured screen shot.

This are all running under Oracle 7.3.4.5.0/ Solaris 8
