Dear all,

Is it possible to have Input Box in Oracle Forms.Same like what available in Visual Basic?

What is this input box supposed to do?

In Visual Basic, Input box will show one dialog box with a prompt message . In that user can enter inputs. Is it possible in Oracle forms? Alert is there to show messages. But it there any way to pass inputs too ?

You could create a stacked canvas that would simulate VB's Input Box.

you can use editor
use show_editor function to display your editor
