I have a problem whene i run the form in developev 10g i get a messege say: the HTTP listener is not running on (my computer name )at port 8889. Even i have started the OC4J instance. please help me.

My Dear friend,
I am using Developer10G suit and didn't have any experience with before. I used to work on Developer2.1 and 6i before. Therefore, I don't know the concept of web application yet.
In terms of designing, I think it is basically the same, the onl issue I am facing right now is making a shortcut on my desktop that allows me to instantly run my frms on web.
Here is the path of my fmx:
c:\soft\forms\logn.fmx
Each time I tes it through form builder, and the Jinstance is started, it gives me something like this:
mycomputername:8889/forms/frmservelt/
It doesn't specify anything else.
Whenever I try to run the same link from a shortcut on the desktop, I end up getting unable to load page.
My question here, in case if you want to run your forms through a direct link on your desktop.
how can you write the path, and what you need to keep in mind?
Seriously, I need some help as soon as possible because I am almost done designing a whole new program and it needs to be a web based application.
