Can you please tell me how we can find file path dynamically. In paramenter we can give only destination file name like EXCEL.EXE. and its give me full path of EXCEL.EXE file.

Such a "search option" is operating system's one. Forms works with databases, not operating system files (in such a way), so - perhaps you should use another tool to accomplish that task.

Why do you need it, anyway?
