Hi,

How can we design a form with header level and line level. here i need to place a button in header section.when we press that button, line level values should be populate.

Master/detail?
If form is created with the wizard and proper relationship is defined, detail records automatically appear.
If you don't want them to appear until a button is pressed (why you would want this who knows), remove all the built in code and put it on the button. Reinvent the wheel, so to say, which makes no sense at all.
