is there any website or Ebook for Oracle form 10g tutorial?

I already have oracle university book , it is so poor.

I tried a lot of searching , But i fortunately i did not find any, After that i decided to put a post here.
Athar.fit.fd if u find it too easy to find , please post me one good tutorial.
