i need Oracle Developer Suite 9i version for windows xp and windows 7.

Can anyone tell me where i can download it?

As far as I can tell, you can't. Even if you could, this version won't work on Windows 7.

If you badly need it, you'll need to contact Oracle.

You mean ODS 9i is not compatible with Win 7?

Yes.
Only the 11g version is certified to work on windows 7 as far as I'm aware.

If only 11g is certified to work against windows 7 then the answer would obviously be no.

10g won't work on Windows 7. A workaround might be - for example - to create a virtual machine on Windows 7, install XP onto it, and then install Developer Suite 10g on virtual machine's XP.
