Gettin error FRM-47023: No such parameter named CHART_OF_ACCOUNTS_ID exists in our custom form XYZ

Please do the solution....

So either add the parameter to the form or stop trying to pass a parameter of that name to the form.

What is your server OS? Windows, Linux, Unix)?
If it is different than the client
OS (i.e. Linux/Unix) then you need to compile the form again after uploading it to the server. So, please confirm that you have done this.

Please compile the form (fmb file) on the server as applmgr user and after sourcing the application env file (ask your DBA for help if needed).

How would recompiling a form fix use of a non-existent parameter?

How would we know its datatype? It is your form, you should know it.

P.S. If you don't know (and it appears to be true), then you probably don't need it. Therefore, do what Cookiemonster told you (stop using it).
