I have specific values to be displayed from the database , when user clicks a alert box, like there are some items which are sold out during one insert process , when user clicks on alert box saying ok then he should get the list of sold items specifically or dynamically as popup.

A "popup" in Forms might be done with a database block created on a stacked canvas.
