I just increases the length of a column in some tables (same column) in the data base that's the only change i did. This same exception was given in some other forms after this change done, then i recompile those forms and then they worked fine but in some forms when recompile it worked for some data but did not wok for some other. I want to know whats the reason for this problem. please help me on this.. Urgent!!!

Are you, perhaps, calling any stored procedures? Did you recompile them?

How about views? Perhaps you should recreate them as well.
