I'm afraid I don't understand what you are saying.

Please, run a form. Then press <Ctrl + K>, which will open a list of available key shortcuts. Locate <Shift + F4> and copy/paste its description over here.

I see ... could you, then, explain once again what "when Shift + F4 is pressed user need a field to be displayed" means?

What "field" is it? Is it already created, but user doesn't see it (i.e. it is "invisible" and you'd want it to appear), or ...?

Well, try to map (in FMRWEB.RES file; see an example here) <Shift + F4> to one of available KEY trigger functions (for example, KEY-DUPREC - duplicate record). Then, in your form, create KEY-DUPREC trigger which would use SET_ITEM_PROPERTY built-in and display the item.
