ora-00000 normal successful completion error while populating data from Master block to Detail block in Oracle Forms 11g.

ora-00000 normal successful completion error ....this error is coming while data is populating to Detail block. Because of this data is not populating to detail block.
Iam using Oracle Forms 11g and Windows 7 OS...

Please Suggest any idea if you encountered like this situation

 *Cause:  Normal exit.
 *Action: None.

But this error ora-00000 is restricting my data to populate into Detail block(I used master-detail relation in my form)

Forms / Reports Builder 11.1.1.4 on Windows 7 64-bit is not supported.
Have you tried asking oracle support?

ORA-0000 isn't an error. It's the return code you get from oracle when there hasn't been an error.
Forms doesn't normally display it.
So the problem is likely to be due to the fact that you are running an unsupported combination of software.
