YOU CAN USE UTL SMTL ONLE IN 9.2 OF HIGHER VERSIONS I HAVE MADE IT IN 10G BUT IN 9I AND FORMS 6I YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ELSE LIKE OLE

EXPLAIN AGAIN WHAT YOU WANT AND HOW YOU GONNA DO IT THROUGH FORM OR DATABSE
