I need to use Oracle developer6i but I can't find installation cd and I also can't find when to download it in internet. So please could you help me to send me this cd by some free-online-file-sharing-and-storage such as www.4shared.com .

I don't think that 6i is available for download (10g R2 seems to be the lowest). You'll need to contact Oracle and ask them to provide it for you.
