Dear all

I have a problem while changing in a form canvas color

i make some modification in a form
the layaout color of the canvas is blue
i want to change the layout color of it to default (<unspecified>) (which is the default color)
when i change in the porperty pallete the backgroud color to <unspecified>
it give me that error FRM-12305 color by this name doesnot exist
and i want it the default color



how can i do it without recreating the form from the beginning

Click on the property in the property palette and then go to the Edit menu and select Inherit Property.

I believe you could also use the value AUTOMATIC.

And to add to cookiemonster's advice, you can also click on the inherit icon within the property palette. I never actually used that menu in all the years of using forms. I don't like icons because to me the picture never matches the action. I like menu choices with names.
