I am running MS-WIN 7 64bit, IE 9
I created the environment variable "TNS_ADMIN=C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1\config" where tnsnames.ora resides.
I created a very basic form using the wizards, one table no added programming.
Local WLS_FORMS/WLS_REPORTS are running.
In FormsBuilder Preference Application Server URL = "http : // ISD-010:8888/forms/frmservlet" (spaces intentional - no spaces actualy)
Web Browser Location : "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE"
I cannot execute/run the form. All I get is a tab titled "Localhost" and a cursor with the "Working in Background"
