What easy ways do exist in Forms to make Foreign Keys human readable?

Like for example an LOV, where you can choose the related values instead of the foreign key.
When I used LOVs you could still see the foreignkey column. Is there a way to change that?

Does Forms give an easy way to replace the foreign key column by the most important columns of the related table but in the background it does still work with the foreign key or would I have to do something like that by myself?

Thanks in advance.

When creating a LoV, set foreign key's column width to 0 (zero) and you won't see it.
