I was asked to investigate about 4 different new features about Oracle forms 12c(this product is not yet installed in my office though) and are:

a) Row banding support
b) New and enhanced object properties
c) customizable runtime color schemes
d) Audio playback

I was able to find information for 'a' through Oracle's white paper (https://www.oracle.com/a/tech/docs/oracleforms-1221-newfeatures.pdf) and for 'c' through: (https://www.doag.org/formes/pubfiles/8563042/2016-DEV-Michael_Ferrante-Oracle_Forms_12c_Features_In_Action-Praesentation.pdf) and (https://exemacro.com/customizable-colorschemes-oracle-forms-12c/)

I was able to visualize as to where 'a' and 'c' can aid customers. However there is absolutely no information regarding 'new and enhanced object properties' and very little (as to where it can be applied and how it can be programmed) information regarding Audio playback. Is it that in the past until forms 11g we could only playback .wav file but now we can playback even .mp3, .aiff and so on?

Including the fact that there are new properties to pause, stop, resume and mute through:
1. ACTION_PAUSE
2. ACTION_STOP
3. ACTION_RESUME
4. ACTION_TOGGLE_MUTE

Is it that these features were not present prior to Forms 12c?
