Underlining the last record of each each group [message #140810]

I have made a simple GROUP LEFT report through wizard.
What I want is to underline the last record (last detail record)
of each group. Note that it would be better if its true underline
(i.e how we do in MS WORD) not another dashed(----) line under
the last line.

e.g

DeptNo........EmpNo.
1.............1
..............2
..............3
--------------------
2.............1
..............88
..............89
--------------------
