we have a team we all are working on same table.that's why i am getting this message.i want to give high preference to my form
is there any way to do that

No. Write the code so that you do not have locks.

I assume that you have written your own insert and update statements. Don't!! Rewrite your system so that it only uses the default Forms features.

sir,
i am daily facing this problem due to the fluctuation of electricity.
during the transaction my system restarts and its disconnects from the server.
and when i want to re-enter that transaction it gives the error
could not reserve record(2 tries).Keep trying

and when i restart the oracle services then it accept that record for saving otherwise not.
so please tell me the perfect solution of this problem.
