Indent the code, use code tags and align the columns in result.

Also always post your Oracle version, with 4 decimals (query v$version), as often solution depends on it.

Your question is not clear: a query does not a trigger, a statement may trigger a trigger which can be a row or statement trigger, not a schema level one (but maybe on error).
So your title "schema level dml trigger" does not exist.

Please explain more fully your desired end-point. It sounds like you are trying to re-invent AUDIT.
